All Blacks Rugby World Cup squad announced

The official 2015 Rugby World Cup squad has been announced.

The 2015 RWC squad will be captained once again by Richie McCaw, it was announced last night.

Veterans Cory Jane and Israel Dagg were the most notable omissions while Highlanders first-five Lima Sopoaga and Auckland flyer Charles Piutau were unlucky enough to miss out too.

Winger Waisake Naholo's inclusion was the biggest surprise after what has been billed as a remarkable recovery from a fractured leg in July. Naholo is reported to have undergone natural healing remedies in Fiji.

Among the 31-strong squad are eight Māori players.
